1. Disconnect the parking brake switch connector.
2. Verify that the continuity is as indicated in the table.

If not as indicated in the table, replace the parking brake switch.

Play inspection
1. With the wheels in the straight-ahead position, start the engine.
2. Turn the steering wheel to the left and right gently, then verify that the
steering wheel play is within the specification.

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable..
2. Remove the air cleaner component. (ex: air cleaner, air hose).
3. Remove in the order indicated in the table.
