1. Disconnect the negative battery cable..
2. Remove the seal board upper..
3. Remove the front bumper..
4. Remove fasteners A.
5. Remove the seal plate in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure while detaching tab B.
6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
