When removing the power MOS FET, perform the procedure in the posture shown in the figure.
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable..

3. Disconnect the connector.
4. Rotate the power MOS FET (2) while pressing the tab (1).
5. Remove the power MOS FET.
6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
