Purpose, Function
Converts radio broadcast waves to electric signals and sends the signals to the audio unit.
Construction
A center roof antenna has been adopted which does not require retraction or removal before going through an automatic car wash machine.
The center antenna has an integrated antenna amplifier which amplifies the electric signal.

Operation
When the ignition is switched to ACC or ON (engine off or on), power is supplied from the audio unit to the antenna amplifier inside the center roof antenna.
The center roof antenna converts the received radio waves of a radio broadcast to an electric signal.
The center roof antenna amplifies the converted electric signal using the antenna amplifier and sends the signal to the audio unit.
